Well call me crazy but I have decided to attempt another 12 week program, don't get me wrong, I was pleased with my initial results but need to be honest about the fact that I cheated a lot - a lot!! So I am more interested to see what I can acheive when I actually follow the program to a tee. Plus I have felt lost these past two weeks having to make my own food choices, because they haven't been good and I have felt like a sloth.
So, I'm one and half days back on my new program and am bursting with energy. Seriously, folks if you haven't "gotten with the program" healthy eating feels 100% better than eating crab. (I write this as a testimonial reminder to myself as well as to anyone reading!)
Haven't done a work-out yet but am definitely looking forward to getting "stuck-in" as they say out here in NZ.
