So I am re-focused and on track...again! My goal is to compete on May 23rd in figure at the National Capital Contest.
Did back today, on Super Pump...keeps me focused and working hard, I am anticipating some serious muscle soreness tomorrow!!
Stuck to my food plan all day-no problem, particularly with the "happy juice", although it makes me kind of spin-y on the whole it keeps me focused, calmer and not starving or craving junk! Of course protein "brownies" help too!!
