I feel like every other day I am recommitting myself to this whole process. But when I stop and reflect it's not like I've really fallen off the wagon. I may not have been running as often, but I still run more than 10K when I get out there, I may nto be at the gym as often, but my muscles get a good work-out when I go! I am still dancing and teaching and rehearsing, and accomplishing a heck of a lot. So this renewed committment is just that now I have the time to do even more...so off to the gym with me!
