-25 degrees celcius and I walked to and from the gym, because in my mind lazy people take the bus! I really think I should have been a "lazy" person, as my butt, thighs and face are all frost bitten…did I mention I was walking in my GYM CLOTHES…can you say dumb ass!
However I did a great chest work-out today…the back portion was pretty easy, but then I am not surprised, pound for pound it is till my strongest muscle group.
Happy to be back in the house, warm and toasty, and not going back out again…til tomorrow.
