Well I bounded out of bed at 6am this morning with Craig. Was pumped and ready to get back to the gym and the eating plan after taking the last 4 days off for Christmas celebrations.
Started with back and shoulders. My lower back is soooo weak, 20 Hypers felt like a hundred.
Hopped on to the stepper for 30 minutes of ass whooping afterwards. Still feel great...I love not working, just threw the laundry in and I am ready to kick back on the sofa with my protein coffee and play a little Xbox. What an awesome day!!!
