Pumped for Chicken

Well I decided to have a free-for-all-food day and it has successfully gotten me back on track with my WHOLE program. I am now eagerly chowing down on chicken breast and green beans and can't wait for my next meal of cottage cheese and fruit. It is nice just to be reminded that going hog wild in the food department just makes you feel gross and lethargic later anyways, and that healthy food is the way to go!! I love when I rediscover these easily forgotten truths :)

Another factor that is helping to keep me on the course is the heat here! We are finally experiencing our summer and as a result all I want to eat are easy meats and salads, and of course I just can't drink enough water at the moment, so here's hoping the sun, and my determination stay around a little while longer.
