March 16th

Ran for only 22 minutes this morning. 1 minute jog-30sec sprint-1 min jog- 30 sec walk. Really didn't want to go, but as always was pleased once it was done. Off visiting people today who have nothing healthy in their house, am bringing my own food, but am hoping to avoid the pressure and comments of not eating their junk.
