That is my new best 1/2 Marathon time. Hadn't done any official running training since December...however I have been going to the gym regularly, doing my weights and interval cardio which seems to be the key to improving one's SPEED!!!
I am officially done with The Hypothermic Half...I have reached my goal at an outstanding 5:42 pace. Now I know what it feels like to REALLY RACE!
I am even more determined now to COMPETE..I can do this! I can push myself harder and go further. This is my wish and my dream. I will make it come true.
