Best Workout Ever!!!

Wow, I am in awe at what a change in perception/dedication can accomplish. I had to stay at work until 5pm which usually puts me off working out at the "busy time" right there. But today I was determined. I am getting all my workouts in! I ate my dinner early (pre-workout too!) and as a result I was literally throwing the weights around. Increased weights on almost all my shoulder exercises.

Amazing what you can do when you set your mind to truly kicking your own ass!!!
