Woah!! Totally killed my arms today AND I loved it!!! I really enjoy workouts that involve a lot of actual WEIGHT lifting, as opposed to more bodyweight based exercises.
Feeling a little discouraged today as I don't seem to look any different. And the scale actually went up a pound. I wasn't diet perfect this week, but I wasn't riddiculous either. Just wondering when I'm going to actually see big changes??
Just got to keep plugging away with the program, trust in the process, and definitely not "slash all 4 tires"!
