I feel like I just got over a "bug", but here I am again completely congested and feeling all achey and miserable :( However I have devised a plan of attack for the week: Today I will rest from exerc ise, as I didn't on the weekend. I will eat my cheat meal today in the hopes that extra calories will help my body fight the infection, and I will take it easy on the couch, with no mental stress!
Tomorrow I hit the ground running again and just push on through to the weekend.
