A new week

Have had two excellent work-outs at the gym with Mel. By getting her to come with me and do my workouts, for her benfit, it is actually inspiring me to work harder and keep going consistently. I really want to push myself harder when she is with me, and I enjoying being positive and upbeat to keep her motivated!

Have not run yet this week, and only did 12K on Sunday instead of 32K because the humidity was riddiculous. Had an awesome 12K however, despite the heat...I do enjoy running with Diane.

My plan for the rest of this week is as follows:

Weds: Run 6K in the morning do 10X hills in the evening.
Thurs: Shoulder workout followed by an 8K run.
Fri: Hamstring workout
Sat: 6K run possible back/chest workout.
Sun: Run Club 23K (long slow distance)
