Super Fantastic
Got up early-ish, about 7am ran an awesome 10K I am sooo much more effective working out in the mornings...then had breakfast and hit the gym at 10am for Hams and Glutes. Feeling very satisfied but hungry...hope it's the fat burning away!!!
