Ran 6K this morning, with a dead battery in my Garmin so I have no idea how long it actually took me or how many calories I actually burnt...which is totally frustrating, although it shouldn't be, it is and it does matter.
Anyways, was suppose to do hills tonight but am going to switch it for tomorrow when I am going to go downtown and do them around 11ish so as to coordinate with the Farmer's market which opens at 1pm. I am buying an entire days worth of food...everything I eat on Friday has to come from the market where I bought it on Thursday...sooo looking forward to this!
Back to the gym with Mel tomorrow. Upper body again YEAH!!! When did I start hating lower body activities???
