Ready To Get Hardcore

So here we go...today I am making the following commitments to kicking my own ass:

1) Eating out limited to Sunday mornings after marathon training.
2) Sticking to my food plan which means only one cheat per week.
3) Following through with all my workouts at an extreme intensity level.

I am tired of wasting my time and cheating myself out of the progress I deserve.
