Well nutritionally this week has been a write off...drank a bottle of wine on Tuesday-so was hung-over on Weds so ate Pringles, grilled cheese and ice cream. Ate more healthfully on Thursday but certainly not enough protein-haven't run yet this week also. So trying to be better today!
